  THE LULIN 3 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING is an investment project of Galchev Holding.The general contractor is Galchev Engineering Group. The building has a permit of use (Act 16). It is situated in the Lyulin 3 housing complex in Sofia very close to Technopolis and Billa trading centers, Lyulin metro station, a school and a kindergarten. The building comprises 42 two-room and three-room apartments, 26 underground parking places, garages, open-air parking places and three shops at the ground floor.
