Galchev engineering group is participating for the award “Building of the year 2009”

At the annual Building of the Year contest, conducted by newspaper “Construction” under the auspices of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works has requested the participation of three buildings which were built by Galchev Engineering Group and introduced into service in 2009
Sirena Hotel Apartments in Sunny Beach participates in the category Holiday hotels. In addition to its location close to the famous Cocoa Beach and sand dunes, the building is distinguished by unique architecture, using high quality materials and most modern installations. The building shall be submitted by the developer - Sun Light South SA.
Bulgaria towerlocated on Bulgaria Blvd. in Sofia is an application submitted by the investor Eurotrend Ltd. in the category public buildings with business functions. The characteristic is perceived by all parties. Due to the smooth turn, which describes the building’s location on the boulevard towards the city center, the building falls within the visual axis of the boulevard and is seen as a kind of standing out focus in the urban city area.
