Galchev holding participates at the real estate Exhibition,BalPEx

Galchev holding will present two of its investment projects on the 5 and 6 November 2009 at the Kempinski Hotel Zografski of real estate exhibition BalPEx Exclusive, part of the event Balkan Property Week.
Both projects are located in prestigious areas and are characterized by selected architectural decisions, quality finishing materials and a degree of luxury and comfort for living.
Residence Botanica- closed residential complex in one of the most prestigious areas of Sofia - Boyana. Construction began in early 2009 and currently four of the buildings are built to roof level.
Sirena Hotel Apartments located close to“Cocoa Beach”bordering the sand dunes, was fully completed in 2009 and it is participating in the project “Building of the Year” Competition 2009 in category “Holiday Resorts”.
