Bansko Municipality gives a “green light” for the project,Ski Zone Dobrinishte

The council of the Bansko municipality voted for a preliminary draft of the contract of the project for the tourism and ski area – Dobrinishte on the council meeting held on 11.11-09. This launch provides the start to the second major tourist destination in the Pirin region, the construction of the tourist zone is for millions of euros.
Advisers have suggested that the plan be left open to new suggestions and gave some recommendations to investors from Orbel development in which one of the major shareholdersis Galchev Engineering Group. They are regarding the wastewater,permit for the modification of the graveyard and others. As well as to report to the Municipal Council on the implementation of the Project Plan.
The adoption of a general development plan without the notes ofobservations and its further procedure in the Territory Planning Act is an acknowledgment of the hard work of the Orbel development team. The ability of the Company to be the major contractor in the project under the authority of Bansko Municipality is guaranteed.
