Lubomir Galchev received a statuette and a certificate from the “Building of the Year” contest

On 15 December during the ceremony,the winners in the Building of the Year contest, three of the participating projects involved in this year's competition, built by Galchev Engineering Group, were awarded.
Vitosha Tulip became a winner in the category “Commercial buildings and complexes”. The Statuetteand certificatewere obtained on behalf of the company by Mr Lubomir Galchev, financial manager at Galchev holding. Investor of the complex is AFI Europe.
Bulgaria tower remained nominated in the category "Public buildings with businesspurpose ”. More during the construction,this project showed that it is worthy being the focus of the modern silhouette of the urban environment in Sofia and is now one of the landmarks of Bulgaria Blvd. Investor of the complex is Eurotrend LTD.
Sirena Apartments, designed by ASA Ltd. Received a special recognition. Contribution by the late Prof. Dr. Arch. Ognyan Grozev was awarded a certificate, which was received by his wife.
